A New Leaf

I really liked the typography in this photo because of its raw personality. “A New Leaf” represents a new adventure or coming out of something traumatic or wonderful. It’s as if the past has been erased and that particular individual has a brand new canvas to fill of emotions, changes, stories and life itself. By using no color, it is representing that this particular person has not yet filled their life with color yet. As life passes on, the image will slowly add the brightness and darkness that life offers; making it more personal and meaningful to represent no two persons are the same. With this image, it can relate to anyone in the way that with with a new year, life after a breakup or a life change, each individual has their own leaves to color in.
