This article discusses the new “skinny” packaging for pepsi drinks that started during fashion week. “Our slim, attractive new can is the perfect complement to today’s most stylish looks, and we’re excited to throw its coming-out party during the biggest celebration of innovative design in the world” and as a “celebration of confident women,” said one of the main people involved. This is interesting because ever since they created this new skinnier design they have gotten backlash from women saying that it is encouraging eating disorders.
